About Miranda

Hi! I’m Mindy.  I take real estate to a whole new level.  Aside from being a Realtor, I have my own investment properties and short term rentals.  In addition to your searches, sales, negotiations and marketing, I take the viewpoint that building wealth through real estate is another key pillar to enable you to thrive. Let me tell you a little about my background…

This is not my first and only career.  After many years in travel and luxury marketing, I started my own marketing consultancy to help businesses grow.  Upon completing my Wine Diploma, I decided to build upon that expertise by moving to the Napa Valley to specifically serve wineries.

It was there that I became interested in making money through real estate, starting with my own properties. As I thought more and more about pursuing a career in real estate, I traveled to and fell in love with St. Augustine, Florida and knew it was the right place and the right time to bring my passions together.

From primary residences to investment properties, my customers appreciate how I bring a business mindset to their purchases, sales and portfolio strategies.
 
On a personal note, I love wine, food and travel. My favorite country is France and visiting and learning about it has been a passion of mine for years. I also enjoy gardening, decor and design. I started a Dining Club in town and I enjoy hosting dinners at local restaurants, bringing likeminded people together from all walks of life. In addition to real estate sales, I also help investors host, manage and attain bookings, for their short term rentals, through my company Sugarfly.
